For SLC, Madion, KC, and chaptertemplate:

Changed title of portlet-image to "imagine yourself here" to create a nice header for portlet
added Photos folder, using thumbnail display
copied amigoschapter_workflow from plone_workflow, made it the default, added script email-announce with no transition change (it makes "email all chapter members" appear in change state drop down menu)
Kansas City, added events:
1) Site Setup
2) Zope Management Interface
3) Portal_metadata
4) Elements tab
5) Subject
6) Content type event
7) add/change types in the events section
